All communities want Police, Fire and EMS departments that can meet the modern day issues facing their cities. Kristen's approach will be to listen to the needs of the community while balancing the needs of these departments to function at the highest level. This will include true implementation of the 50 Point Reinvention Plan for Police, and ensuring the Fire and EMS departments have the tools, technology and resources they need to perform at the highest level.
